he Urban Wrap Co. was founded by professionally trained chef and entrepreneur Delicia Dixon, who brings more than two decades of food-industry experience to the business.

After years of working in professional kitchens, Delicia created The Urban Wrap Co. with a vision to offer more than the typical food truck experience. The goal was to combine chef-driven food, thoughtful menu options, dependable service and genuine hospitality in one professional mobile experience.

What began as a food truck has grown into a trusted mobile food brand serving businesses, healthcare organizations, cities, festivals and communities throughout Greater Cleveland.
